Sugarbush Management and Maple Syrup Production (FMAN 411)

Course began in 2014 using a grant through USDA’s Specialty Crop Block Grant Program administered by WV Department of Agriculture. This experiential learning class provides hands-on training for students interested in managing a maple syrup operation. Most activities occur on WVU’s Farm Woodlot in Morgantown, WV.
